Could the wearing of a face mask INCREASE the chances of you getting covid 19?
Did you know that not long ago, the largest study on face masks was conducted?
Please do not think that this is my own work, I'm not that clever.
But I think it's information that's well worth knowing and more people should know about.
Because after all, Boris Nobhead and his oompa loompas are only going to tell you what they want you to beleive.
I have a link down below where this information came from.
A team in Denmark performed extensive research that included a randomized trial of 6,000 people.
The research title is “Reduction in COVID-19 Infection Using Surgical Facial Masks Outside the Healthcare System.”
It was completed on June 2 of this year.
The title of the research is not the outcome of the trial – it was the hypothesis of the trial.
And the problem is that it has not yet been published.
The world has been waiting for five months… for research that is critically important for setting policy.
And now we know why it hasn’t been published yet.
An email has surfaced from Thomas Lars Benfield, one of the lead investigators of the study.
When asked directly why the research had not yet been released, he replied that the findings would be released “as soon as a journal is brave enough.”
Why won’t medical journals publish the research from Denmark?
Simple.
The results do not support the current political narrative around masks.
Don't you think that if the research had proven the efficacy of masks in stopping the spread of COVID-19, it would have been published immediately back in June?
It's almost certain that the results disprove the theory that masks stop the spread of COVID-19.
I use the word “theory” intentionally because it simply hasn’t been proven in any medical research.
Recently, in the New England Journal of Medicine, well-known virologist Angela Rasmussen from Columbia University’s Center for Infection and Immunity wrote the following:
There is insufficient evidence to support the claim that masks reduce the infectious dose of SARS-CoV-2 and the severity of Covid-19, much less that their use can induce protective immunity.
Substantial knowledge gaps must be addressed before claims are made about the efficacy of face masks in reducing morbidity or eliciting immune responses.
The rumor about the Danish research, however – and right now it is just a rumor – is that there is a negative correlation concerning the efficacy of masks.
More simply put, that would mean that the incidence of contracting COVID-19 is higher for those wearing masks.
Logically, does this rumor make sense?
Could the results of the research actually prove this to be the case?
Well, there are two things that we know to be factual...
Research was conducted back in 2015 on the efficacy of mask usage in a hospital setting and whether or not they demonstrated efficacy against an airborne virus.
The results demonstrated that those who wore cloth masks had a higher incidence of contracting the virus compared to those that didn’t wear a cloth mask.
The reason was that the viral particles would get caught in the warm, damp cloth masks and prolong exposure.
Secondly, when people wear masks, they touch their faces far more frequently than they would otherwise.
They touch the area around their ears, especially the area around their noses, as they continually adjust their masks and also touch their eyes.
When we do this, we are literally increasing the risk that we are bringing viral particles on our hands directly to our faces.
Why am I sharing this information?
No, it is not to be political.
For the minority of you who might be in an "at-risk category", this is exactly the kind of information that I think most would like to have.
Being told that masks will protect us and stop the spread of COVID-19 is patently wrong.
Worse yet, it provides a false sense of security, which has already cost many “at-risk” people their lives.
You get the muppets all over the media saying " We are following the data" and "We are being guided by the science".
Do they actually read the research?
Just as Rasmussen said above, there is “insufficient evidence.”
Every research report about masks always uses language like “may prove to be effective” or “should reduce the transmission.”
Not a single research report provides evidence that masks do reduce transmission.
Let alone proving that masks are capable of stopping the spread of COVID-19.
It would be very interesting to read what the results are from the Danish mask study,
We can only hope that whatever the results are, they are used to set logical, rational policy around the world.
Just to round off, you really must take a look at this demonstration of masks.
I agree completely on why they share this information so that we can all understand the truth directly from research.
We are fed false platitudes from the media and even our medical community daily about the effectiveness of masks.
I thought I would share just the two emails that summed up most of the general replies I had.
Hi Paul,
I’ve been anti mask for some time now.
I carried out my own research on as many articles as poss on both sides of the story.
It’s patently obvious to me they are not effective and additionally I’m abhorred that children are being forced to wear them.
What a raw deal the younger generation have had besides having to pay for the shitshow- today it’s estimated that Govt has spent on COVID the equivalent of £17k per household!
By day for over 30 years i am a data analyst and it was around June I saw what was happening- half Whitty and unbalanced the doom mongers have given fantasy data cherry picking dates / areas.
Some of the graphs - if one of my team gave them to me , I would have laughed and sent them packing - yet this same data is used to drive policy and harmful lockdown.
Humanity has gone on holiday as you see people arrested for trying to take mum out of a home and a grieving widow at a funeral parted from her sons trying to comfort her.
For a virus that in the main affects the elderly with underlying issues with a 99.98 per cent survival rate.
Something doesn’t add up for sure - it is starting to genuinely look like Orwell’s world - BBC are following Ofcom rules to not stray from the Govt narrative- main stream media just stoke up the fear.
And the most surprising thing to me?
That so many intelligent people actually still believe it all ?
I could go on - I’m just horrified what I am witnessing.I’m not trivialising COVID SARS 2 - my brother and sister in law have it currently and are isolating but we all have to see the bigger picture.
Take care mate
Regards
Steve

An observation... regarding our governing body dictating protocol on social distancing... 2 metres... then on any photo op or TV filming when greeting folk... plebs or otherwise... they make a big thing of elbow bumping... now I'm really struggling with understanding how that's physically possible 2metres apart... I'm over 6'... it's impossible... yet we are made out to be the fools responsible for this current surge in new cases...
